Your access code is located on your custom catalog. It is a unique code consisting of letters and numbers. You may also use our Art Search to find your art. For instant access to your art, simply scan the unique QR code on your catalog and it will take you the artwork.
Please check to make sure you are registering with a correct access code. The access code consists of a unique combination of 9 letters and numbers.
If you need help creating your account, we would be happy to set you up. Please fill out a Contact Us form on our website and customer care will email you with instructions.
No, you do not need multiple accounts to add multiple pieces of art. That is the beauty of your own personal art gallery. You can add as many pieces of art you like. Look for the "find additional artwork" box located on the right portion of your screen. Add the access code in the search box and press the "find artwork" button. The artwork should now be added to your artwork gallery. You may upload art by using our Art Upload feature.

If you artwork is upside down or sideways please contact Customer Care by filling out a Contact Us form online so we can fix the artwork to ensure that it will print properly on products.
Click on the artwork, in your art gallery, that you want to order from. Press the "start shopping" button to shop custom products with that artwork. When you want to change and shop products with a different piece of art follow the same steps. You may check out in the same order with artwork that is in fundraiser and artwork that is out of fundraiser from a previous season/school year.
To share artwork with family members, click the "share artwork" button located on your gallery page. The button is located under the artwork details. Enter the recipients email address in the pop up box. Press the "send email" button.

If your child's school is participating in the tile wall option, you will have the opportunity to purchase a school tile in your artwork gallery and also upon check out.
Online we accept most major credit, and debit cards(Visa, Mastercard, Discover). However, we only accept pre-paid cards if they are already registered with the issuer of the card, with an address including zip code.
Customer will pay a ship fee and then the order will ship to the home address of your choice. All orders ship to the home address.
The school/organization benefits from orders made by your fundraiser deadline. You may order after the fundraiser deadline, but it will be a Retail Order and not a part of the fundraiser.
